We want to thank you for staying close to us all this time. It has not been easy, but we are together and stronger than ever to get back on track.
From Tuesday 2nd June, the Withfor House will reopen its doors with reduced hours, from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 1 pm and we will continue to make commercial visits with previously scheduled appointments with our team. We are looking forward to seeing you again!
The plan to get out of confinement is gradual and phased. We are not yet sure how long it will last, and everything will depend on how the situation evolves, but what we are sure of is that we will do everything necessary to make this return the most suitable for everyone. Therefore, we show you below the measures we are taking.
First, we have prepared a protocol of deconfinement so that the commercial visits and the return to our office are the safest thing for all, because we know that it is better to be prepared so as not to put anyone at risk. You can find our protocol here.
Because we adapt to you and your comfort, we have activated new 360º virtual tours and videos to make the visits easy and simple for everyone. You can find the tours of some properties for sale and rent on our website.
Finally, we want to give you some inspiring news. In the middle of the crisis caused by the virus, Ugo Boulard, a young designer, and the fabric company From Bea, decided to start a supportive and totally voluntary network of people who – from their homes – sew surgical fabric masks* to donate to health centres in Barcelona.
In line with our ethical and solidarity principles, we decided to support this initiative and make these masks an element to send our most sincere wishes for good health, protection and a better future, more solidarity and more ethics for all.
It only remains for us to tell you that we are here for what you need and that we will closely follow the evolution of this stage to adapt to whatever is necessary.

*Surgical tissue masks: They are made with the tissue used by the health personnel in hospitals. They are antiperspirant and filter 100% like a 3M mask. But you have to be very careful, as they have to be sterilized in a different way. It is important that the mask is left in a neutral environment for 24 hours after it has been used two or three times (the material is a type of plastic, and the virus cannot survive for more than 24 hours in a material like this).
